Why Werribee is an attractive location for first homebuyers

For our first homebuyers, having existing infrastructure is a critical item on the checklist.

Just coming through Werribee, as a location, I actually quite like it. Being an older suburb, the reason why I do like it is you've got a mix of the older area and the newer area.

The fact that you've got the older area there, you've already got all the existing infrastructure, so train stations, shopping centres, schools, everything like that. So you're not buying into a location where you're waiting years and years for these items to come.

And because of that, you've got an established market that's already here. You're able to get really nice, beautiful homes in the new area, and that meshing of the two makes it work really, really well.

So when we're looking for our first homebuyers, that's something that we do look for. Having that availability and existing infrastructure is a critical item on the checklist.
