When it comes to actually looking at an estate, selecting an area for our clients, we try to get led by our clients, what they would like to achieve, what their objectives are. At the same time, we have to manage expectations and understand what our capacity is, what can we afford to have.
So when we're looking at estates for you, we predominantly would recommend owner-occupier estates. The reason being, they're going to present a lot nicer, people look after their homes much nicer in those types of estates and in the long run, it's going to make you more money with Low Deposit Homes.
