You don't need perfect credit to be able to purchase. The main things that we don't want to see is defaults and tons of inquiries on your credit report. However, we do work with companies which can help you with this.
Yes, you can buy with a HECS debt. HECS debt is still counted with most banks as a debt but you can absolutely purchase.
Having AfterPay does not stop you from purchasing a home but you should definitely be closing the account prior to us doing pre-approval.
