Clients with a bougie budget, this one's for you. The great thing about building is if you've got the budget, you can do some little upgrades, which make a huge difference to the house.

You can see this wall-penetrating feature behind me, makes a great feature. These guys upgraded their stone bench top, and we did some shaker cabinetry, which completely changes the look of the kitchen.

This is one of our custom upgraded bathrooms. So first of all, you've got the open shower with a wall-to-wall niche, which is your shelf. You've got the waterfall shower head and a beautiful feature tile behind. Then you've got the freestanding bath. This is an upgrade. And then over here, we've got the featured cabinetry and the stone bench top, which matches the kitchen.
