You've got a piece of land, it's near a main road. What do you need to take care of? The main thing that we need to look for is whether that house has what's got an acoustic rating and that's basically the level of noise that's going into the home. If your house has an acoustic rating, it just means that it's gonna need to be built out of materials that block the noise. So generally brick, glazed windows, extra insulation. It's important to factor these costs in upfront because that can have a large effect on the total price that you're paying for that build.
