We always want to be smart with what we're placing inside the house to make sure that we're getting maximum value. So come on through. In the house here, we've got a media room, higher ceilings, bedroom one, good size. Come through, ensuite, walk-in robe.

You know, his and hers, but realistically, it's just hers. Come through to the kitchen. It's always nice having 900mm appliances. Now, I know a lot of estates are moving to electric, but still we want to keep those larger appliances within the home.

In this particular design, we've also tucked off the remaining bedrooms off the back of the home, which creates privacy. If you've got kids, they're towards the rear of the home. Mum and Dad are towards the middle. It's creating two sections of the home, which means that everyone's got their own space, which is something that's pretty nice.
