Waiting and waiting for your home to be built can be a frustrating thing.
Once we're on site, within the first few weeks, you've got your slab, you've got your frame, then comes the roof, things move pretty quickly. And it's good for you guys to know that because the builder wants that done to protect the materials, make sure the house is not going to get water damage and things like that.
So they are trying to act as fast as possible. And remember, they're paying first to get the job done, then the money comes to them. So they're not trying to take their time.
