Welcome to the practical completion stage. This is the stage where your home is now finished and you've got the opportunity to walk through with a private inspector so they can look at any defects in the home. So you'll see behind me, there's some blue tape on the wall – that's one of the defects that Low Deposit Homes will rectify before you move in.
Usually after your practical completion inspection, generally you'll be moving in roughly about two weeks after this.
