What does an unconditional contract mean? Unconditional basically means that there's no finance clause in the contracts. This is becoming extremely popular among pretty much every developer in Queensland right now.
So what that means is we do need to have a proper pre-approval from the bank so that you're covered for finance. As long as you're not changing anything with your personal situation, not changing jobs, no new debts, anything like that, generally your finance will be fine.
