Do you buy something brand new or do you buy an established home? Of course I'm going to choose build brand new because you can customise the home the way you want. Everything's new, you can put your own little personal touch on it too.
So why should you buy established? If you want to buy now and move in within the next 30 to 60 days, it can definitely be done. As you can see, there's absolutely no right answer. It comes down to you and your personal preference and lifestyle choices.
