Here's how our client turned $35,000 into over $300K. I want to introduce you to Katie Fagg. Katie bought this package back in February of 2024.
At the time, she came to us with about $35,000 in savings, which was just enough to be able to purchase the house behind us. Now, if we look at it in today's date, that same house is now increased to about $930,000 with comparable sales sitting at around the same mark.
What I want to emphasise here is that if Katie had come to us in current market, we would not have been able to get her approved. But what she did do is she took action, used the deposit that she had at the time, bought with a low deposit from Low Deposit Homes, and that's what's allowed her the opportunity to be able to turn $35,000 into over $300,000 worth of equity.
