Is this gonna be a scam? We just didn't know. Yeah, honestly, yeah, we didn't. But we got more information. They had all the right contacts and the builders have been amazing. The mortgage broker has been amazing. Like everything can't really put any fault. And it's not a scam.

We were nearly giving up, hey. It was a struggle. We were looking at land. Everything, it was either sold or it was out of our budget. Didn't know how to do the whole finance part of it. Fell into the too hard basket. Yeah, and then you signed us up for a call or whatever it is for Low Deposit Homes. I don't even know what I signed up to, to be honest. Then Mitch called me the next day and convinced us. That was awesome.

It was just seamless, wasn't it? It was. It exceeds all our expectations. I just can't believe that it's ours. We actually own a house. Yeah.
