Buying a first home in Ripley with a low deposit

I want to show you one of our clients' houses in Ripley – it's a 400 square metre block with a 240 square metre home. Come, check it out.

Now this house has a few nice features that we always recommend our clients do. We've got the big front door, we've got high ceilings, and we've got really beautiful tiles – 600 by 600.

Now with the kitchen, they've done this extremely well. Lots of storage is critical. So come to the kitchen, we've got a really beautiful waterfall bench top, beautiful cabinetry. We've got double under mount sinks and gooseneck taps. We've got 900 millilitre appliances – they really stand out.

I think the colour scheme is really cool. It's black and white with black accents. It's a real standout. We've done a built-in pantry. We had the budget to allow us to do this.

So we come down here, nice windows to allow for natural light. Come through the built-in, through to the walk-in pantry over here. Fully integrated dishwasher, nice and clean. So when you've got guests or whatnot, your main kitchen area stays tidy.

With this house really well thought out, they wanted to keep all the entertainment areas of the home grouped together. So here we've got a formal dining room or a media room – whatever they wanted to use it for. And here we've got the main living space of the home.

This house is about a week and a half away from handover. We've got the last defects being done. So you might have seen some blue tape. Once they're done, I think this is going to look fantastic. I'm ready to rock and roll.
