Oh, definitely not by ourselves. Definitely not, especially with all the regulations and stuff at the moment. It's just making it harder and harder to buy a house by yourself.

Thankfully, we've found Low Deposit Homes that has made this dream achievable. So real, like we didn't think we're going to be in the position for this, but here we are. Researching, taking up different options. But I think it's been a very quick process since getting in contact with Justin, which has been really nice, very knowledgeable, approachable.

And he's always been very patient with us because I work and don't get home until maybe seven at night. He'd happily meet with us online at 7:30 to help us go through things that may have popped up that we needed to finalise. It's very appreciated and to find this block as well. And to get on to us so quickly, we greatly appreciate that.

I think it's just best to just jump straight into it. It's an anxious experience at the start, but once you have a good support team behind you, it really benefits you in finding that property. I think I saw an ad for Low Deposit Homes on Facebook and we're like, oh, let's just see what these guys are all about. And once I did, I'm glad I did. It kinda just went from there and now we're here.
